Murder PSL Interest Check

So the basics is that this is a PSL where there's no AC but we do ask you to try and tag a little consistently? But otherwise, murders happen at player decision. There will be two NPCs to be interacted with and we're working on setting, but this is largely to see if there's interest! Just tag into this letting us know. o/
